I can't sign in, won'ttake password

It is unlikely that your computer just stopped accepting your password all by itself - are you sure that Caps Lock is turned off while you type it in? Are you using the same keyboard layout as your keyboard? Are you sure that all keys on your keyboard are working?

If none of the above check out, the only solution to gaining access to your computer is either by creating a live Linux USB key (or CD) to gain access to your data, copy everything to an external hard drive or something like that and reinstalling Windows from scratch. Or (if the computer has 2 internal drives) you could just install another copy of Windows on one of the drives and move everything from the old Windows to the new one.
