Easy way to replace LED Light Board without removing Mobo?

Hello,

I would like to ask if there is a way to replace LED Light Board without dissasembling whole PS4 and repasting? If no can I remove motherboard without messing up thermal paste? That would save me a lot of headache. I just need to replace that light bar and I would like to leave motherboard as is. Thank you very much.
