It seems that a Bluetooth on my Tronsmart is not working. It eas working, but since today my other devices don’t see Tronsmart so I can not connect to it. How do I reset it.

Brand new tronsmart element force + not working what should I do. I already charge almost half day but still not working
I have 2 element force. And they will not pair in stereo mode
Just got a 2nd Element for Xmas, it will not pair with the other one I have either. Actually, it may, but when it does only 1 speaker plays and pauses every 2-3secs... I've tried everything, yes, including reset, deleting from Bluetooth, unpairing, repairing, reconnecting, nothing... First thing I messed with after getting home from relatives, spent 2hrs trying and researching, have found NOTHING about it or how to fix. Please help!!!

Mine has freaked out on occasion and been non responsive like that. Indicator lights on but nothing happens. Not even a reset has helped. If you haven't tried a reset though, press and hold power button or hold power & eq buttons at same time, like 10secs. There have been times I just left it alone and few hrs or day later it's fine...

i don’t have button to press , the power button y to move one side or another…
it is been 4 days since it doesn’t work.
Is tactil, so i cannot press anything..what ca I do?

I bought two of these and one represents itself as: Tronsmart Element Mega, like it supposed to, but the other one appears on bluetooth list as: NGS Roller Creek, which I understand is a totally different product by another company. Therefore the two speakers CAN NOT be used together with TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function as they won't connect to each other.
My thinking is, the manufacturer ripped off the NGS Roller Creek firmware and forget to rename it.
There is no support and no way to get any help, but in this case there's nothing to be done.
This will never happen if buy product from the well-known brands like: JBL, SONY, etc. Therefore TRONSMART will never become one of these brands.

What a load of shite! Bought two of these and though I can pair individually, when trying to connect two together following the CORRECT sequence, one speak plays, stops, plays, stops like it is trying to reconnect whilst the other speaker (main) works perfectly. &&^&^$^ rubbish system. Complete waste of money.

I had the same happen to me, my comment is above. I contacted Tronsmart directly, they sent me another speaker, just recvd it a week+ ago, still will not pair in TWS. Individually they are fine but when they do connect it plays/stops/plays/stops... So f'n frustrating... Love the sound on them, if only to hear two at once would be twice as good... Will be looking for a better speaker, maybe a big Harmon... Sucks!

Try press and hold(10secs or more) power button to reset your device. Although it works on mine can't guarantee it will on yours. Mine has an Eq button as well and if I remember right, holding both down will do a reset too, but maybe it's just holding the power down that works. Either way, good luck. My two have never paired together and I will not be buying anymore tronsmart products. Although they sound great it seems they are hit and miss on functionality.

The Eq and Power button reset absolutely worked. Great stereo sound now.
My tronsmart T6 mini wont get connect to my phone anymore. I was listening to music and suddenly my phone got disconnected. i tried to reconnect it but it wouldnt and show pairing unsuccessful. I even reset the device. Is there any way to change to from aux mode to bluetooth bcz my Aux is still working
I can't connect my transmart t7 to my phone. It worked first time I got it, after a week dropped out, not it won't connect at all. Tried everything but just won't connect. I only bought it to listen to music from my phone, disappointed big time.

I have a tornsmart element Mega from 1 year ago without problems. Suddenly one day, it doesn’t work. I charged for one and a half day, and still doesn’t work.
It remains without blue led, and the MODE with blinking red light.
What should I do?

Same problem I'm experiencing.
I have two tronsmart T6 mini speakers and never had a problem with them. I saw a pair of the same speakers on FB marketplace and brought them to sell to a friend. They worked fine for a couple of months, then they wouldn't pair anymore, each speaker worked ok on its own. Like many of the people with the same problem everything was tried without success. I feel bad because I sold the speakers to my friend. Its sad that such good sounding speakers have a problem like this and that Tronsmart haven't seemed to be able to solve this problem.

Hello. I have Tronsmart Mega Pro. It started ok but then it suddenly stopped playing music. I tried to pair it with my phone but I cant find my speakers Bluetooth. Tried using other phones and still cant detect speaker Bluetooth. I tried power button reset couple of times still cant find the device Bluetooth. Help please.

I've owned this speaker for a few months. It was working perfectly until it just stopped connecting to my phone which is what I'm using to play music. It no longer auto connects and when I go to my Bluetooth settings to manually connect it just says "connection unsuccessful". I tried the fix suggested above and that doesn't work either.

my TronsmartT6 has given up. it just makes a raucous screeching noise then falls silent. I've tried reset solution but no good. i'm close to the point of binning it.

My Tronsmart Element Mega exactly having same issue. Silence after raucous screeching noise. I am looking for a solution. The only think I know about the problem, it started after my first aux connection :/
