blank screen an d making "clicking" sound
tried reset button , power and volume together nothing works checked power level with volt meter nothing working

richc19 this could be a power issue. Right now you have nothing happening so you need to start somewhere. Get a new battery and replace the one in your panel. Then you have a known-well starting point should further troubleshooting become necessary. There are no schematics etc. for your tablet, so you will depend on your skills should this be a larger problem than the battery. Use this video even so it is a slightly different model to open your tablet.
