Hello,
My LED fades from about 1/3 below the top of the screen. The screen starts fine and slowly fades to a white grayish color. Once I squeeze the upper and middle right edge of the screen brings my screen back to normal.
What needs to be replaced to correct this problem?

Hello!
It sounds like the LCD. The upper section of the LCD (for earlier models) house the electronics of the panel, and squeezing it may be re-engaging something that's not happy.
What is the Model number on the bottom of your machine? This information will aid in selecting the right LCD panel for you.

Thanks for the prompt response. The model # is A1226. Could you also give me me prices for a 4 gig RAM upgrade and a 500 GB HD updgrade.
