I changed the screen very carefully. After 2 days my rear camera is giving me a black screen and the flashlight is not working anymore. Do you have any ideas?

The flashlight will not work if the camera is not working so you need to focus on repairing the camera issue.
Despite your care and caution, you may have accidentally damaged something when you replaced your screen. Use this guide to double check your work. Focus on the condition of the connectors and flexes. Even the slightest damage can cause issues. Use magnification to get a truly close look. Also look at the components surrounding the connectors, sometimes they can get partially or fully dislodged from the board.

After restarting the phone camera and flashlight worked for maybe 5 seconds. Then they stopped again. Do you think it’s a good idea to replace the camera (including flex cable)?
Now it gets some training, I think. It's working for a few seconds, then freezing and working again.
