I have recently taken off the needles and forgot to mark them… after putting everything back together I’m not getting functionable gauges!! Can anyone help with a calibration technique?

Your best bet would be to go to the local auto wrecker and find another instrument cluster. Just curious as to why you dismantled the cluster to the point of removing the needles?

I had an aftermarket glo panel and had to remove needles to take off the old one… but didn’t pay attention to where the needles were at before taking them out
