I have a Sennheiser RS120, I can only hear two of my “Dish” DVR recorded shows. I am using a Optical Digital Audio Cable from my TV to a Audio Extractor with RCA jacks.
I can not hear anything other then Two Dish DVR recorded shows.
I can not hear anything on NETFLIX or AMAZON PRIM.
Can you help? Thank you, William

Hi. I think you may have misunderstood how this product works. It simply relays an analog audio signal from one place to another. It isn’t responsible for which channels you can listen to.
For testing purposes you can compare the results with a pair of wired headphones. The sound you hear from the Sennheisers should exactly match what you hear with the wired headphones.
