Chromebook Flip C 302C Isn't Charging even after power wash

I recently realized my Chromebook wasn’t charging with it’s original cord. I was on the standard channel when this started happening. I plugged in a low power charger and my laptop accepted it. I ordered a new charger for the Chromebook and it still wont charge. I “power washed” (set to factory settings) about three times and it still won’t charge. I’m getting a bit desperate what should I do?
