completly not working HELLLLLPPPPP!

my mini 9 will not work at all the red light isnt on the pop out thing wont pop out to take pics i put the right working rayovac batteries that ik work but my camora wont work. where it counts the camora film it says S ? i tried looking up every where even on the instructions but cant find anything.HEEEELLLLLLLPPPPP MEEEEEEEE PLZ!!!
