My son broke his phone and my sister went to take it to London to repair it when she came back the phone was chipped at both sides and the name at the top of the screen had been completely scratched and even worse the screen of the phone isn't sitting right and now a light is coming out the sides.

it sounds like the lcd is separating from the frame itself, another lcd is in order but take it to a more reputable repair shop
