Why isn't my Delonghi ESAM3300 powering on?

My coffee maker suddenly stopped working. When plugged in, unit makes the noise and powers on temporarily only to lose power few seconds later. When powers off, none of buttons work. Only when unplugged and plugged back on, unit powers on temporarily.

I am wonder if the power control board is bad and needs replacing.... I would like to find out if that's the case before spending $130-150 for it. Another possibility I can think of is front panel, but I think it's unlikely. Any thoughts? Here is the video of my ESAM3300.
