Im doing a repair and i ordered a new back housing which didnt come with those in it. (Item circled in red) It is for an antenna im pretty positive. please help i need these and cannot find them anywhere

Actually you need conductive sponge tapes, not insulating ones. These pads are for ground contacts and may somehow impact RF performance along with case quality.
The exact adhesive sponge pads are available on Chinese shopping sites, not sure about this outside China.

Go figure, never investigated the matter but didn't know they were actually conductive, just probed them and seen them behave like a zero Ohm resistor. Thanks for pointing that out. Learning some new every day :)
