Hard to answer without any testing, it might be a screen as well as a logic board issue. Find an adapter to an external monitor/tv and plug in your Mac to see if you still have an image at least. Double check your Lcd cable is firmly in place in the connector too.

HI Arbaman,

Thank you for replying back to me as well as for the advise. I did plug my mac to external monitor and I did not see anything, but I think that my mini display port is damage and has been for a while. I think I might have damaged my LVDS cable when trying to remove it. I can’t seem to snap it back into place.

No problem, glad to help if possible. Despite part of the testing can't give the hoped results the fact you can't plug back in place the cable maybe speaks on its own. Would recommend to get yourself a very good light source and some magnification to figure out what's wrong with the cable connector, maybe it can just be straightened unless it's badly damaged. If that was the case either you can go through glass removal and lvds cable replacing for testing or you need a new screen assembly, but that's more expensive and not knowing exactly where the problem is it's also a money gamble.
