On the front and at the power button it heats. The most i feels like 40c back site is little warm.

Rest of the phone is not as warm as the top

Did you try a new battery? Also go into your settings go to battery and than battery health. If its below 82%, I recommend a new battery anyways.

Changed housing,

Changed battery

Changed screen.

Everything works normal...

Just special apps like spotify , gaming its getting hotter as usual... and then the battery drains way faster.. like half of the time as before

I am running ios 12.2. i refurbished this one and i put my back up on this phone and had to update it. So i dont know if it was befoee the update aswell.. thats the problem.

Is it possible that it could be?

-faulty screen

-proximity sensor?

- copy power flex

- copy dock connector

Maybe just backup your phone and then do a DFU restore to see if that fixes it.
