Cannot charge with cable, cannot fast charge with wireless

So my note 9 is in fine shape, but is having charging issues very suddenly. The problem is intermittent but is present more than it is not. The phone will either not charge at all via cable or so slow that it just makes the battery drain slower. The wireless charger works but not fast charge.

I have tried several chargers and several outlets. Safe mode didnt help, neither did a factory reset. I would guess it's hardware, but it just suddenly started doing this without being dropped or anything at all
