power adapter risk factor for burned port

hi, I have a mid 2015 macbook pro 15’’ retina my charger and macbook pro port both have pins that seems to have burned(has black circles around them) right now I can get a new charger instantly but that way i wont know if it will work and i cannot change the port quickly. will it damage the new charger pins quickly or i should get a charger and then change the port in a weeks time???

You haven't mentioned what kind of charger you're using, but it's quite unlikely the Mac will damage the charger whereas it's quite common it may happen the opposite, especially if you're using an aftermarket third party brick.

To be on the safe side, I would replace both of them. This would alleviate any doubt regarding the port that has the black circles on it. Just make sure your replacement charger has the correct wattage, volts, and amps needed, for this particular laptop, so it will charge properly.
