On the back of the phone, there should be a line that says “Model A****”. Look up the number starting with A to find what model you have.

You can check the back of device for a model number, check the IMEI in the sim tray on an IMEI check site such as imeicheck or sickw.
If the phone works it can also be found in settings.
Also on iphones there is a model number hidden (tilt the phone at an angle) in the sim slot (not on tray).
