Battery does not discharge all the way

I got a new battery for this Mac from iFixit, and I installed it following the instructions. The installation went fine. However there is one problem with this new battery. When its charge gets down to 23%, the computer turns itself off, as if it is at 0%. Is there a fix for this?

That sounds like a bad battery I would contact iFixit for a replacement under warranty.
