So here’s the problem. My phone is cracked and has some lines in it. I mean a lot of lines, it covers half of my screen. It also presses random buttons so now my phone keeps disabling.

Pretty easy answer here..cracked, malfunctioning = needs replacement.

Yeah better get screen replaced ASAP before iPhone decides to be permanently disabled connect to iTunes, otherwise all photos, info and etc on the phone is going to be lost.
