What error is the error 4MOT/4/40000003: HDD-1340 and how can I fix it

My Mac is unable to shut down and gets stuck on a black screen, can occasionally run slowly but I’ve detected no fan issues.

At Step 33 finish removing the rest of the cables making note where they go. As you need to remove the logic board completely.
