How to fix individual LEDs in exterior light clusters

I have a tail light cluster with one LED light out. Is there a recommended way to open the assembly? I can solder but how do I identify what manufacturer and part number the LED is?

Yes. 2011. I got it from a junkyard knowing that I’d need it eventually. Kept it for too long and can’t return it.
