iMac not turning on
I’ve just replaced my iMac with a new power supply but still not turning on. What could be the possible problem?

Return the power supply to iFixit and ask for a replacement.

What are the diagnostic LEDs on the logic board telling you?

Only the first light turns on after plugging in. When I press the power button, the second light doesn't turn on

It would also help to know exactly which 21.5" Intel iMac you have.

What was the source of this "new" power supply?

I brought my unit which is a late 2012 - late 2015 EMC2544, to an Apple authorized service center and this is what their service report says:
Unable to perform MRI, due to no power. Performed PRAM / SMC reset, issue not resolve. Tried to use known good power cord, issue not resolve. Performed Visual Mechanical Inspection, no unauthorized modification and tampering. Performed Micro Inspection, no liquid contact found LCI is passed. Tried to reseat parts, issue not resolve. Isolate known good power supply, issue solve. Remarks: Need to replace power supply to resolve the issue. The device vintage no part available.
So I bought the power supply from ifixit and installed it using your instructions.
