Vizio M471I-A2 lower right area is dark

Hello,

I have a Vizio M471I-A2 TV and the lower right side is darker than the rest of the TV.

I opened the TV up and I noticed a board (I believe it’s the power board) and a section of it looks like there are burn marks.

Before I buy a new board, could this be causing the problems?
