Why wont it go back to docking station?

I spent hundreds on this thing when I bought it at Target and wouldn’t you know it, right after the warranty expired, it stopped working. And I hardly used it! My local vacuum repair tells me Samsung won’t sell them parts. Is there anywhere where I can get this fixed - I want to sell it!!!

In all honesty,it’s hard to find people to repair this stuff. You could ask Samsung directly if they would repair or swap it for a replacement at a fee.

It it is likely a power issue if it doesn’t power on. You’re sure it’s not a bad charger or damaged right? I’d check that first. But if it is the vacuum itself,I’d ask Samsung about those options.

Thanks for your thoughts, Skye. I don't think it's a power problem. It just doesn't seem to recognize how to get back to docking station. After local business told me Samsung won't sell the parts to anyone, I did speak with Samsung. They wanted me to ship it to them, they would repair and send back. However, they gave me no idea whatsoever what it might cost for repairs and shipping back to me. So, it appears that my shipping fee (to send to them), the potential repair cost and them sending back to me would be equal to or even more than what I purchased it for!!!!!! At this point, I'd love to sell it to someone for a low cost just to get it out of my closet where it keeps reminding me I made a BIG MISTAKE in purchasing it!
