Everything works but calling

I cant make calls with iPhone 7. Everything works 4g, wifi, SMS etc. But when i try to call with it it the calls just doesnt go through. Am not able to call the number with other phone either. How can i fix this

Options

Sounds like a 3G antenna fault. There are two antennas that go to the board near the screen / charger port connector. Sometimes removing one of them will get 3G working properly without notable signal degradation.

Has any parts been replaced on the phone before the problem occured?

Hi. Thanks for your answer. I do not know if anythings been replaced since i got the phone used but will try to replace the antenna
