Remote works with one tv but not the other
I have two Samsung TVs which use the same remote. The remote for both TVs works with one TV but neither work with the other main TV.

What is the model number of the TV where the remotes do not work?
Have the remote(s) worked on both TVs OK before?
Are these "Universal" remotes or Samsung remotes designed for the TV that you have?
It maybe that the IR receiver sensor is faulty in the TV
