is there a replacement for the Airport-Card with UMTS (3G-Mobile-Network) available?

Not officially, per Apple. This computer is designed to be WiFi only and uses a nonstandard WiFi card. You can use a WiFi hotspot to get access to mobile Broadband and do the same thing as modifying the laptop.
