black screen and unresponsive, vibrates three time when connect to usb

So my iphone 6 has a black screen. its unresponsive, nothing at all, but when i plug it in to my pc with usb cable it vibrates 3 times, which i think means that it has to accept the usb cable to pc, which i cannot do sine the screen is black, tried it with several other screens and still not working, changed the battery but thats not fixing it either. So i think the problem lies with the motherboard, but i really cant nothing about microsoldiering, but i have the basic soldiering equipments which i think is not good enough for the micro-work.

Any suggestion to what i can do?

Vibrating 3 Times = USB Restricted Mode (i.e. no USB devices will work until you unlock the device). But that doesn’t really have much to do with this issue.

You moved the home button and are using the original one with the new screen, correct? Have you tried a hard reset (Press and hold both the Home and Side/Power buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo)?

If it still doesn’t work with other screens like you mentioned in another comment, you’ve likely damaged the logic board somehow, or the LCD connectors (which is part of the logic board anyways). That will definitely require microsoldering work, but honestly with an iPhone 6 it probably isn’t worth the hassle and/or cost.

Does changing the motherboard maybe fix this?

@mayah probably, but for an iPhone 6 it will more than likely be cheaper to just buy a new one all things considered.

This sounds like a backlight issue. Try shinning a torch on the screen and see if it has image. ITunes want recognise it if it is passcode locked, unless it has been connected to the pc recently. If it is the backlight it will need to be repaired by a board level repairer as the backlight IC is close to the CPU Usually they will replace the IC, coil and diode and maybe a fuse or capacitor if they have blown.

Did this with my other iphone and i could see the code and all, and this need microsoldiering you said

Yes if there is image but no back light it will need microsoldering. The iPhone backlight circuit has a filter 3 capacitors a coil a diode plus the backlight IC. If you are lucky it might be just the filter or one of the three caps.

The screen is dead but the battery and phone itself is ok this usually happens with water damage
