Vizio E75 Screen issue

I have a 1yr old Vizio E75-E1 that has static on the screen that happens about every 2 seconds. I have reset the TV and there is nothing plugged in except power.

I just need to know what part i would need to buy to fix this. I have seen a TV repair kit on Shopjimmy.com for $140.00 but wasn’t sure if this solve my issue.

@shoff1964 could be a bad conector/cable issue as well as a bad main board. Yes, that kit in question should be a valid alternative. After all it is the almost complete TV except the display panel :-)

@oldturkey03 So the kit did not fix the issue. Could it be a bad cable inside of the TV? I have tried multiple power cords also. Nothing but the power cord is plugged into the TV. Or is the TV just junk? Thanks again.

@shoff1964 since you now replaced all the boards you need to assume the the issue os on the driver board. That is the board that connects directly to the panel. Follow the wires from the T-con board and where they terminate is the driver board. Check the connectors on that as well as check for corroded missing or burned looking parts. That particular board is part of the LCD assembly and cannot be changed by a DIY'er du to how the cables attach to the panel.
