no puedo conectarla a mi iphone ,le hecho de todo restaurar, actualizar todo y nada no hay forma de que vea la wifi o el bluetooth ,alguien le sucede lo mismo ? será un problema de hardware , tiene solución

Puedes probar si puedes reconocer otros dispositivos con tu iPhone? Si esto falla, es posible que puedan ayudarte en una Apple Store, ya que si ellos no pueden, el problema esta en el terminal.
