I bought this great Love Tree hard case when I first got my phone back in August. I wanted to put a different case on but when I remove it, the top bar, camera cover and bottom bar stayed stuck on the back of my phone. How can I get them off?
Here’s a picture of the case and what stayed on when I removed it.

Some of the hard cases can be tricky to remove! Some cases are meant to break in half and slide off the top and bottom of the phone. Try to insert some business cards or playing cards into the long edge and pull around the phone to loosen the case off the back. If those aren’t strong enough, gift cards or credit cards should have the strength to get an edge free.
Whatever you use, I recommend using plastic tools. Metal tools are stronger but will leave marks and possible crack the rear glass cover of your phone.

Hi Jeff and thank you for responding. It's only pieces of the case that are stuck to the back of my phone (if you look up the Love Tree for Samsung Galaxy 7 you'll see it looks like a strip at the bottom of the case that goes all the way across the bottom of the phone, a strip at the very top that goes all the way across the top of the phone and the camera protector. It's almost like they're glued on. Several people have tried to get them off and none of us are having any luck.

If I'm seeing the picture correctly, that whole black part should come off the phone with the top and bottom designed parts stuck to the back. There should be a large portion of your case to remove which covers the entire rear of the phone. Look for a place to pry the case off from the front along the edge.
