White bar on top of screen

So I have a white bar on top of my home screen it just shows on my home screen no where else but it appeared after I got off FaceTime. It looks exactly like the FaceTime green bar but like white greyish color screen works perfect and fully functional just don’t know why this bar has appeared. I have reset it and also let it it stay off for a awhile and no change.
