The first thing to do is open it up and examine the battery for swelling:

Nothing spilled on it.
Prior to this issue I couldn’t access the App Store or iTunes. They wouldn’t accept the password but my phone did. I’m pretty sure it’s software.
Option startup works but no keyboard on regular startup
