PS4 Slim (days of play edition) CE-30391-6

So I've been getting this error code for the past few hours when I try to play games or sign into PSN.

I bought some games in the morning and I could play all my games and use my account but now I can only play my disc based ones.

I tried resetting the PS4 and using a different network but nothing is working. I read that it could be a faulty chip meaning I need a new motherboard which I really hope is not the case.

Edit: I can no longer start any game not even discs, but apps like Netflix work, I'm slowly going insane
