@harv177 common issue on the H3 is a short in the trailer wiring touching the chassis and causing issues. Open the tailgate and carefully inspect the wiring harness. Pull the Trailer B+ fuse and see if that turns the lights off. If it does you know it is a short in that wiring. If it does not, check the light switch with a multimeter.
