Certain power adapters wont charge device.

Less of a question but im currious.

I recently bought a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3s. They charge normaly using my OEM google fast charger but wont charge using my Huawei OEM fast charger.

Mostly just looking to confirm this is the fault of the charger, possibly something to do with surge protection?

The headphones claim that any USBC cable supplying 1.8A or more will charge them which both power adapters can do. Both can output a variety of currents and voltages.
