My model LV801 Shark isn't listed here. Can I replace its battery?

The Shark Cordless Pet Perfect, Model Number SV75Z_N, is a small handheld vacuum that is perfect to help pick up pet hair and other things.

Options

The SV series has a replaceable 18V battery. The LV800 series, 10.8V, apparently doesn’t. Both models are called Cordless PetPerfect.

The vacuum has worked fine for months. I’ve kept the battery charged and the insides clean. Turned it on, got a solid white light, but no motor.

Can I replace its battery?

Unfortunately, this is for the SV series. That's my problem. My Shark is an LV801. Those directions don't apply to it. Thanks anyway.
