Why does my phone have no sound

Hi! My iphone has no sound that will play other then system noises (like typing, notications, ETC.) but when I try to play music etc no sound will come out, AND my volume buttons wont work, my volume slider is permanently stuck all the way up, and the additive touch volume buttons are stuck at 4 and all of them can not be moved. Help!

have you tried restarting it?

Also try connecting headphones (wired and Bluetooth if you can)
