Dropped MacBook, won’t turn on - help
Knocked MacBook off sofa arm and now just won’t turn on at all - is it repairable?

Sounds like you damaged things internally. Without any clues of visible damage there is little we can offer without digging internally. At this point I think its wiser to find someone locally who has the deeper skills and access to parts to fix your system.
