Hi,
After a couple of years the battery is most probably depleted beyond recovery and needs to be replaced.
If you have a Nokia Lumia 630/635 here’s a link to the ifixit Remplacement de la batterie du Nokia Lumia 635 guide.
Replacement batteries are available online. Just search for Nokia Lumia 630/635 battery to get results for suppliers.
Once you have a new battery, fully charge it before attempting to turn on the phone (if it does charge in the phone) and then check what happens.
