This model can be configured with a SSD. Do you know if they use 2.5-inch drives, or ‘blades’, like they used in the 2015 and older retina MacBook Pros? Seems like they must be 2.5-inch drives, because that’s what the Fusion drive is, right?

If you are buying a new system Apple uses a custom blade SSD when you select an SSD only system.
As an example: 3.6GHz quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core i3 processor
