Polaroid one step + wont eject picture

I bought a new camera, polaroid one step + the new upgrade to the one step 2.

The camera flashes makes a noise, but doesn't print eject the picture. And it registers it as being taken because from the 8 lights one disappears.

Is the camera broke? My cartridge is new and its fully charged so is the roller not working, not gripping the cartridge properly?I've tried the cartridge on my other one step 2 camera and it works perfectly fine so it must be the camers itself.
