iPhone technically charging(usb amp meter), but wont turn on!

Hello

last night i put my iPhone SE in charge after a dead battery, after a while i got a call, and i saw my screen acting weird(white screen with some vertical colors lines) and the phone turned off and wont turn on again.

I checked the LCD with another phone and it work, and checked the battery charging current plays from 0.5to 0.9A with an usb tester, and the battery voltage over 4V, i checked the motherboard and didn’t found a VCC main shortage, and my final check was to test the mother board with lcd, power button and battery plugged in, and the phone wont turn on.

Any idea what should i do or check next, please.

Update!!

I forced my iPhone to enter recovery mode, and i updated to iOS 13.4, but the screen is always black!! So the phone is partially working but no boot and no screen.

Have you connected it to iTunes to check if its recognised.

No, i didn't check these circuits.

Question: Can the backlight circuit prevent the phone from booting? Because i didn't hear neither charging sound nor vibration feedback when putting iPhone into vibration mode.

And for the NAND circuit, i did an iOS update via recovery mode, so i think the chips works.

No bl circuit wont stop it from booting. Do you have a dc power supply.

You can buy an inexpensive dc power unit for around 60 dollars.

I bought a little higher quality. I like mine but there are multiple options, they go much higher in price. I hope you liked the information.
