Charging cradle has failed and I'm looking for an alternative charger.

Does the Wand Company communicator use the Qi wireless charging standard?

Get onto the Wand Company. Charlotte is their resident troubleshooter. She's a dream to deal with, and she'll likely just send you a replacement. That company has terrific after-sales service, and faulty cradles are a known issue.

I tried contacting Wand and Charlotte replied. She told me that they were out of chargers, but that she hopes that I can still enjoy my communicator even though it's dead. She would not recommend a different replacement. I don't know about the rest of you, but I didn't purchase this device just to look at. Has anyone found a replacement charger for theirs? I was not very happy with Charlotte's advice, or lack thereof.
