Unable to recieve texts or place calls?
I'm unable to place calls or receieve text messages, but im able to send messages...what could be the problem ?

I'd contact your carrier and just check whether your phone is "activated".reading through a few of the android forums on htc phones this seems to be a common answer,especially if the phone has been reset. you might like to browse through http://www.androidforums.com and see whether you can find some help there.
