Battery/Mag safe/I have no idea

So my battery came up with one night a warning saying the charging cable wasn’t charging, after reinstalling software and reseting pram and smc I decided to get a new battery altogether. once it arrived I installed it, same same but different, did the resets and re-installed Mac OS and my battery still isn’t charging. is this an issue with my MagSafe connector or something more software ish?

Let's get a bit more info here. Install this gem of an app CoconutBattery With the charger plugged in take a snapshot of the apps main window and the battery info pane so we can see what you have. Post it here Ajout d'images à une question existante
