I changed a flat cable (for a right one) and now it doesn' turn on!?

I opened two times my DualShock 4 to clean the contacts but it on the second time I messed the charger flat cable. I changed it (for a right cable for my device code) and now it doesn’t turn it on. It doesn’t give any signal of life. It only heats the battery anda make the controller hot. What should I do? What is the next steps to investigate what is wrong? Thanks so much in advance, community!
