Backlight 85%, verified LCD culprit. Anything I can try fixing?

I have the brightness issue with one of my 27 Thunderbolt displays. It can only go to 85 percent and then it flickers, if I keep it lower it stays on, but if I raise it all of the way up, it flickers and shuts down. I verified that the LCD is causing this issue by swapping the screens between both thunderbolt displays. Anything that can be done? The backlight wiring that goes to both of the bottom of the left and right of the LCD looks intact. Nothing seems loose.
