Can you be more specific? Does it power on at all or no? What battery percentage is it at?
Hi, thanks for responding. It powered up after I changed the battery. My girls were using it until it reached 10%. Plugged it in and realized no charge (⚡️) to battery even tried using other chargers. Now down to 1%.
